Bali High is your hunting ground for unique, hand-crafted artwork to complement your decor. Collected from the individual artists and artisans of Bali, you're sure to discover rare, beautiful pieces that are seldom seen elsewhere. The Balinese language has no separate word for art; to create is an integral part of existence.

The Balinese express this through the constant creation of spiritual offerings in their Island of the Gods. Everywhere one finds painting, sculpture, carving and crafting things of beauty and intricacy. As Noel Coward observed: "it appears that each Balinese native from the womb to the tomb is creative."

Bali High's goal is to share these creations with you. We have visited artisans specializing in mask carving, silk painting, beadwork, sarongs/shawls, and other creative specialties and have chosen some of their finest and most beautiful work to offer here. Many of them are the fourth or fifth generation of Balinese artists.

Each piece is unique, and many of the masks and silks are signed. If your choice is no longer available please let us know and we will suggest another that may also please you. Since we return to Bali several times a year it may be possible to place a special order.
